After staying the night in Igoumenitsa I drove to Alexandroupoli in one day. The bike was doing well, it absolutely ate up the mountaın roads. On the Greek highways where I was driving around 130, it was holding it´s own but it sure likes the twisties more. The difference in fuel consumption proves the point: well over 20 kpl revving up and down through the mountains, lucky to get 13 kpl on the highways :-)
Greek drıvers: Not using the emergency lane is a sinfull waste of space.
Tomorrow Turkey!
