4 hours from Qatar to Athens and we’re in Europe!!! We flew over the Greek islands and my excitement felt a slight tinge of anxiety and nervousness at what I might experience in this amazingly old country. Scott has been to Greece long ago as a small boy, and has some memory of the island of Kos (close to the Turkish border) but for me, it’s a whole new rush of welcoming. We pass quickly throu... The Prodigy Rock!
Hey guys, I know you've already seen them now so you ALREADY know.... The Prodigy are freakin' ace live. In fact I'd would stick my neck out and say they're one of the best live acts this country (UK) has, I think the music scene is one main things that make me proud to be a brit! I'm sure you had an absolute blast. :-) Safe travels, Mike

nice blog
Thanks for sharing . Reading your blog made me crave for Greek food, which is one of many reasons for the fond memories i hold of this lovely country. Romantic, that too. Many other European cities vie for that title, but Athens surely is also in my book in that department. Happy travels!

It's funny, before we got to Greece we never pictured it as being an overly romantic city, but that was one of the first things I felt when roaming the tiny side streets in Athens, not romantic like flowers candles and sunsets, but a smaller quaint style. Beatiful. :) I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat Greek food outside of the country again, my memories of Greek food in Canada don't do the delicacies we're having here justice in anyway. Cheers!! Kristy
