Treis-Karden

Our next stop was on an island campsite in the Mosel at the twin town of Treis-Karden. We arrived just before lunch in continued showery weather and in the afternoon with Andrew and Penny we did an 8 mile cycle along a muddy track to the touristy town of Cochem. We’d had enough of the mud and rain so we returned on the train.
