Last year Bad Harzburg opened a new attraction called the Baumwipfeldpad which is a 1km long aerial walkway among the ancient oak, beech and sycamore trees of the Kalten Valley. We had a terrific hour trying it out this morning.
In the afternoon we drove to Goslar and booked into a campsite for a couple of nights, the first time for nearly two weeks that we haven’t stayed on a stellplatz camper stop. It gave us the opportunity to catch up with washing and internet access.
