North to the Rhine

A big driving day. We covered over 600k to reach Bingen at the southern end of the Rhine Gorges. Heavy traffic and a lot of autobahn roads works meant we didn’t reach our planned camper stop until nine in the evening and when we got there it was full. Fortunately we managed to squeeze onto a small overflow car park on the site.
