Rained haevy all morning. 111 kms in 6hrs 18mins. Cyceld towards Heide from last nites camp, until I hit the Kiel Kanal- then went east. Wind assisted once heading east. Kanal path not good in places but otherwise a good way as many big ships passing. Interesting.
