Jo's Trip to Hamburg

Hey everyone,

so this past weekend Sarah and i split up and i headed off to Hamburg to visit a very good friend of my family, Jana. She used to be an Au-pair of ours when George, Kate and I were younger...much younger and a heck of a lot shorter that is for sure....an au-pair for those of you who don't know is a European name for a nanny, but it's not a profession. A lot of young students do it as a way to gain experiences in other countries and such. Anyway, it was a fabulous weekend of remenising and meeting her son, Max, 7, and her husband, Marcus. They are such wonderful people to visit and it was just the time i needed to get away for a bit...so good weekend!

Only one week left and then our pretty faces are back in Canada...who's excited? i know i am!
