First thing we did today was a driving tour of Berlin. We had 15 mins to walk along the wall and check out the art work of the East Side Gallery. We then drove around the city the best that we could, many streets were closed off due to the soccer matches. Jen, Bridget and I went to the parliament building first. While they went in there I walked to the Victory Monument, which had seemed closer than it turned out to be. So I caught the bus back to Parliament.

Jen and I then walked to the Topography of Terror. Got an audio guide so that it would make sense. The audio guide was very informative and started to get boring, especially in the hot sun, so I left her. Walked past Checkpoint Charlie and the long line for the museum. Caught the bahns back to the hostel and had an afternoon snooze.

I met the group for dinner. It was included in the tour and we went to a Mexican restaurant. There was heaps of food and half price cocktails- hello!!
