Not a good idea to launch...
I’ll just give you a quick update on the results of the World Championships 2010.

We had set tasks for the women and the rigids, but cloudbase did not lift, so we had to cancel the day again - after waiting until almost 5 p.m. But there was a task for the Swifts. None of them made goal today, so it must have been pretty difficult.

So the results for Class 2 are:
1st Manfred Ruhmer (AUT), 1878 points
2nd Steve Cox (CHE), 1860 points (that was close!)
3rd Bob Baier (GER), 1435 points
4th Jacques Bott (FRA), 1210 points
5th Brian Porter (USA), 1186 points
6th Johannes Rengeling (GER), 411 points
7th Günther Tschurnig (AUT), 259 points
8th Günther Obweger (AUT), 204 points
9th John Bonvin (CHE), 105 points

I’m off to the party now. Tomorrow, there will be a day with a fun task, and then, there will be the prize giving ceremony in the evening. More stories will follow!

DHV Chairman Charly sang an opera, and the pilots on launch were the orchestra. Thus, we were hoping the weather would improve.
