Docking at Le Havre
The ferry had to turn around then reverse into the dock, I never felt it come to a stop.

Mussel Gathers
When this area of Honfleur was modernized the mayor of the town wanted to have the Mussel Gathers remembered so this fountain was commissioned.

Pegasus Bridge
The Pegasus Bridge, which the allies captured during the D-Day landings in 1944. The bridge is actually called the Benouville Bridge but it took its new name from the cap badge of the allied forces that recaptured it in 1944

The café “Gondree”
The café “Gondree” was the first building that was liberated in France during the Second World War on the night of 5th June 1944 just hours before the D-Day landings
