The Cow whispererAnother facinating day of riding to Villevaleix. We stayed at a Farm that is slowly being refurbished. It was quite extensive and with their own fowl pen that must have been the size of 2 tennis courts. They made their own Foie Gras. The restuarant there was inside refurbished stables that had the original tiled ceilings.
