paris (on the way back)

today we drove from 10am til 10pm, well i did whilst everyone had their kip!

we paid about €1,000,000,000,000 for tolls, seen some 38lane roads, looked at a sign that read 'le hot dog', laughed at a baby then finally arrived in paris

we got to paris but their was nowhere to park outside of the hotel so we parked at some traffic lights and checked in.ha

the hotel didn't look that good when we first went in. they had the smallest toilet near the reception area that i've ever seen

the spiral staircase looked canny good like. when we got in our room it was class. the only way i can describe it is proper french

we were told to park the car on the white lines after the tunnel and not on the blue ones. i parked the car on a roundabout next to the louvre at first but then i moved it to the white lines after the fireworks off the eiffel tower that we missed!!!!

how lucky was that space taylor?....i love reversing me!ha

we ended up next to the eiffel tower and their must have been some sort of a bomb scare with all them police, ambulances and casualty tents

we had food in a restaurant and paid €9 for a fuckin pint. they even thought we'd had 2jugs of wine instead of 1....the robbing bastards!

then we bought a crepe whilst dodgying some fireworks being fired across the road

then we went to the arc de triomphe roundabout and had some fun

after that we went back to the hotel and went to bed

i made sure to organise a late checkout the next day by phoning the kind receptionist

after driving a couple of times again on the arc de triomphe roundabout we were on our way to calais 😞
