It was very tender duck, considered the tenderloin part in a nice honey sauce

For those of you who don't know - foie gras is very interesting. They basically stuff with so much food the expand its liver, then take the liver after butchered and make the foie gras. It is very, very rich and filling. This is foie gras in the center, wrapped in duck. Very tasty, but very filling.

Lisa, me, and Jessica. Jessica is a friend of mine from Vancouver and she and her friend had one night in Paris after traveling in Morocco for a couple of weeks. So they stayed at my house for the night and we went out for French food.
