Les Catacombes de Paris
You're not supposed to take pictures down here, and it's difficult to get any that actually turn out, but it's hard to resist the urge. The Catacombes include the bones of many important people in French history.

Buna Monowitz Auschwitz III et ses kommandos
There are a few very moving memorials such as this to victims of the Nazi's located in Pere Lachaise cemetary.

Grandma says you wont be at the christmas dinner at your moms , looks like you two had a great time travelling ... will take some time for us to get through all the pics... Question re: memorial
Good Afternoon, During a visit to Pere-Lachaise, I and my travel companion were stunned to silence by this sculpture. Admittedly, I am not a very savvy internet researcher however, I have been unable to locate the name of the artist whose work had such deep effect on us.
