Hello everybody,
I hear you'all are " sweating to the oldies" over there!
Coolish here about 65F, some rain.
Tomorrow we will go up to see some old friends in Germany.
Stay 2 nights and than come back to Stuttgart on Thursday to
visit the Mercedes-Benz Museum.
Today we did a few more villages in the Alsace. Obernai and
Dambach le Ville. More grocery shopping which is more difficult
here in France than in Germany or Austria. I have to admit they
have excellent potatoes and wonderful mustard. OK OK the
wine is good too!
Hard to believe that we have been here 10 days already.
We leave France on the 30th to go up to Belgium.
It will be a nice change of scenery. It is a 8-9 hour train trip.
But it will be relaxing except for the three connections where
we will have to lug our lugggggggage to the next train!
We are so used to having a car with our stuff along like
most Americans that this is quite a new adventure for us.
May not be able to do a new blog till after we return Thursday.
But it may be a good one!
Would love
to know who's reading these.
Drop me a comment.
Remember there's always more pictures. scroll down or click
to enlarge. I think 14 this time
As always

It was totally awesome to hear from you today. Great photos! As they say in Berlin, muy bueno! But I have a photo request. I would like to see a photo of a nice plate of pork hocks (i.e. Schweinshaxe) und sauerkraut. If not that a plate of Rahmen Puten Schnitzel will do. Gracias.
