At the Synagogue

Translation: This synagogue is 100 years old and was set on fire by the Nazis on November 9, 1938 during Kristallnacht. During World War 2 (1939-1945), it was destroyed in 1943 due to bombings. The facade of this house of God should remain a place of warning remembrance for all time. NEVER FORGET IT.

WOW
What a wonderful trip, Matthew! Sounds like a great time. Should we be expecting a motorcycle on Linden Street anytime soon???? I know it takes a great deal of time to write and put your pictures up, but I so love hearing about your adventures. Take care and hopefully we will hear from you soon.

What a feat to take us thru the travels of Matthew and friends. Loved it..........Your culinary tastes are improving...... we will have you eating chicken feet and sea slugs yet!!!!!!!!!! To experience the cultures of others is what is so rewarding.........but beating women with those twigs for treats..........I don't think I like that one myself!!!!!!!!!!!! Pictures were great to go along with the blog. Thanks for the effort. Know that it was a lot but we all loved it. Love ya, Nanny
