After stocking up with French bread, cheese and cheap fuel at Bergues’ supermarket, we drove 230k East into Belguim and stayed at a rather run down rural site in the grounds of a chateaux in the village of Oteppe about 40k west of Liege.

We hope to visit Liege tomorrow if we can find a park and ride or suitable parking near the old town.
