Running at Full Capacity while having a New Baby!

Our new son Yoni Zev was born 2 months ago and he is wonderful. There was a rough patch in there but now he is happy most of the time, laughing and smiling for a fair bit of time that he is awake. That doesn't mean that he is an easy baby, he does not like to be put down very often. He always wants to be held and we try to abide by his request 😉

While we were closed to recover from having Yoni over the past two months, we have had an incredible number of reservations coming through. We have a new option where you can take the whole hotel, all four rooms for the price of 3 rooms. This has led to us running at capacity for a lot of June and July...

Since having Yoni everything has changed. There is no such thing as free time anymore, and a relaxing Sunday afternoon usually involves playing games with rattles, and listening to the sounds of Yoni's bouncy seat. This was all a non-issue until we reopened. Last week Rachel's grandmother was here and was very helpful, but for now and the foreseeable future it's just the 2.5 of us 😊

Enter the Baby Bjorn baby carrier. For any new parent, this thing is a must have. It is the most convenient and time saving device that we have purchased. (of course we had to get the lightweight one because it gets warm here). With this thing I can clean and vacuum with Yoni attached and usually sleeping. While I am cooking (since this responsibility has fallen primarily to me) Rachel can wear him while doing laundry and other work around the house. It's better and cheaper than any nanny would be and this way we always know what Yoni is up to. Even if your not running a busy Bed and Breakfast, this would be my recommendation for your peace of mind.
