View from the roadside bar Arrived today after an 8 hour 20 min flight. Flight was good, but it started raining as soon as I got off the plane. Luckily that lasted less than a minute and I've had beautiful blue skies since.

Palm tree and pineapple bushes in the garden met Uncle Mark and Shash.
Then we went to a bar in Rodney bay on the beach which was really nice. Errol told me all about the family in St Lucia and some of the business ventures they are planning - a retirement home and pedi-cabs. He also told me about a Rastafarian football themed funeral he went to a couple of weeks ago which sounded insane. We then went home and had some lovely Caribbean chicken before bed.
