Adam and Mike on the train journey around the Island
Another very early start with Pels,Jacko and Babes up and about at 6am local time.....Seems the body clock is telling us it is 10am uk time, bizarre indeed!!

Jacko and Babes head out for another early morning run and return some 40 minutes later after covering a good few miles again. After they showered we headed to breakfast and discussed our battleplan for today.Gordon wanted to head back to the cricket stadium and take pictures of the Australian and Scotland Teams doing their pre match work out.

Babes,Ravi and Pels decided to see if they could get into the ground with Gordon and have a look at some cricketing legends. We were not disappointed. We managed to get in and the way the Australians went through their paces was a joy to see.Top class sportsmen pushing themselves to the limit in the searing heat and humidity. Some of the training routines they used was a real eye opener.

The other guys in the party namely Scalesy,Drylie,Woodsie and GP headed off on a four hour Island Excursion.Part of the trip was on a train and the other was on a bus.The scenery in parts was excellent but they did comment that there seemed to

be sugar fields everywhere and a fair bit of the Island has a lot of poverty with many people living in houses with coragated roofs!!! We don't know we are living!....See the pictures

We went round to the "Net session" to watch the Australians have some batting practice and and again to watch these guys hit a ball with such force was just amazing.Look out Scotland as I fear if the Australians bat first they will post a score in excess of 400 no matter how good the Scots bowl. They look hungry to do well.

As an added bonus we managed to get a piccie with Glen Mcgrath which you will see on our pictures.

We all regrouped later in the afternoon and most headed for the sea which surprisingly was not that choppy which made our efforts to dive the waves less challenging.Back to the pool for the last hour befor sunset.

Tuesday night was dinner as ever at 7.30 pm and once again a top shout for the chef as he produced another quality feed for us all.

Due to the 6am rise on Wed Morning for the Big Game all guys had
