And then there were six! After a very early-to-bed Friday evening the six guys that were left all met for breakfast before 9am. We knew we had a taxi booked for 11.45am so after breakfast we headed to the swimming pool to catch the last couple of hours of sunshine of our wonderful holiday. There was a sense of dejection among the group as we all knew our time on this wonderful island in the Caribbean was coming to an end. Our preferred taxi driver, Mr Sackville Grey, dually arrived at the 11.45am booked time, we said our final fairwells to the staff and other people we had met within our hotel and headed off on the 10-minute taxi ride to St Kitts International Airport. We were first in the queue but there was a ... read more

Friday was a another day of relaxation and enjoying our last day on our wonderful resort. Pels and Jacko were awoken by the room phone going off at 7.45am with the local TV Station wanting to interview Pels about him refereeing on the Island and to also discuss with them what other things we had got upto on our trip.We agreed a time of later on in the day as we wanted to say farewell to two of our group who left today. GP and Jacko headed off to the Airport and all the boys were there to say goodbye. The two Gordon's were leaving 24 hours before the other six so they could get back to the UK as they both had commitments over the weekend. We spent most of Friday lounging about the pool ... read more

Thursday is match day and all our boys were well up for a great day out.Babes went running at 7 am and most others went for breakfast to line their stomachs for another day of drinking diet coke's at the match! We were picked up at 8.15am by Sackville Grey our now resident taxi driver, this is honestly his real name! We headed for the shops as we had decided to dress up as it was our last day at the cricket. We all bought bright ties, partyhats, whistles and hooters. We totally looked the part and the locals certainly loved our get up ... read more

Today Wednesday was a total chill out day for us all. The boys started to appear from 9am which is quite a bit later than normal.Breakfast was good as well but there were no beans today! That did not go down too well I can tell you! We have made a special request to the chef but I think we had missing beans one day last week too! Most of the team headed for the beach to relax and enjoy the sunshine as the holiday comes to a close. Some went for lunch and some went back to the pool.We have met many wonderful and interesting people on our travels and certainly the most being around our pool. Some of the chat has been excellent. A few of the Ozzie TV crew have had some bizarre ... read more

An early start saw us at the Breakafast bar at around 7am. Our most popular taxi driver namely Sackville Grey arrived on schedule at 8am to whisk us off on our short journey to Warner Park. Once we were dropped off we had to go through some pretty rigourous security to gain entrance into the ground. They even asked some guys to put their suntan lotion on them to prove it wasn't something else! Most bought match programmes and some guys bought Official Merchandice from the ICC stand. We then headed to our vantage point which was the same place as we were for the Australia match nearly a week before. We dumped our rucksacks and watched both teams do their warm up routines. The bar opened at ... read more

Another early start for the boys.We all met around the Breakfast Table at around 8am.Babes was well fresh after his 40 minute run an hour earlier! Today we were picked up at 9.30am by a guy called David who has a company called Fun Bikes Ltd.We were taken on a journey through the countryside which lasted about 20 minutes. We turned off the road to a place called "The Great House". This place was wonderful....with the majestic Liamuiga mountain a short distance away, you will find the Great House situated in two and a half acres of tropical gardens. From the house there are panoramic views of The Atlantic Ocean and the other Caribbean Island's of St. Barth's and St. Martin. The great House was built in the early 18th century by a guy called Sam Crooke and later ... read more

Sunday started early for us all as we met up for Breakfast at 8am.This was after Babes went for a run at 7am,on his own this time as Gordon was busy sending some cracking Beach pictures to the tabloids of the SWAGS that you should see in your morning Tabloids today! As we had managed to blag some free tickets we ordered a mini bus to take us on the short journey to Warner Park at 9am to watch Australia V Holland. We rocked up at The Stadium at 9.25am just in time to see the players take the field. As you know it was an up and down innings for The Ozzies but they did post a score in excess of 300 which was good for all the boys to see. In the stand we ... read more

The first thing we want to say is HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all our mum's out there. Saturday started very quietly for everyone as today was a relaxing chilling day by the pool and beach. Most of the team gathered by the pool by 11am for some early morning refreshments...Diet Cokes of course!! We relaxed by the pool and went for lunch just after noon.Once again the fare was excellent and the boys seemed to enjoy what was offered to them. As is becoming customary Woodsie and Pels headed off to the beach for some diving through the waves and I can tell you they were very powerful and they were both knocked off their feet on a number of occasions, but as ever they both really enjoyed it. Back to the pool to get all the salt ... read more

We awoke this morning with torrential rain, so much so we didn't think our Deep Sea Fishing Trip would go ahead.Jacko and Babes went on their usual early morning run.We all met up at reception at 7.15 am. The taxi driver picked us up and we were waved off by Babes who didn't want to go ( see below ) Fortunately the deluge of earlier had subsided and it was starting to dry up as we headed on our 20 minute journey to Turtle Bay. On our way we had to dodge rocks and boulders that had come off the hillside due to the rain and we also viewed Goats,Monkeys and a Mongoose. As we entered Turtle Bay our Boat The Sea Brat and her two man crew were waiting for us.We jumped on board and ... read more
