M and MJune 23rd 2007 We arrived in Antigua on a lovely first class bus. We were sitting in seats that would put lazyboy to shame and we had a dinky little lunch, juice, and water. Antigua is a wonderful little colonial city with cobblestone streets small buildings that are painted all different colors. There are several bars and great food here. We met our great friend from France and have been spending a few days with him. Antigua is a meeting place. We have run into about 10-12 backpackers that we have met in previous locations. We have run into one man at EVERY stop but one! We went out and partied with Arnold (from France), his girlfriend and his girlfriend's friends. We had a pretty good time. However, when we returned we found two cockroches in our room. We moved out to a new hostel the next day. -Margie
