so after a 50 dollar taxi ride and a 75 km bus ride that took three and a half hours we finally made it to tamarindo. a little town town with a huge tourist facelift! its rather depressing. picture whistler but for surfers. needless to say we are not sticking around we are leaving today for nicaragua. gonna go check out the beaches up there and maybe to a language school... the weather hasnt been getting better but its ok. weve been traveling a lot in the last few days so its not a big deal when it raining and youre on the bus. this country and seriously beautiful! and now i cant wait to explore nicaragua.
