As the climate gets warmer and wetter more and more exotic roadkill dishes are being served up on the asphalt smorgasbord that is the Panamerican highway.

Best road I rode on in Panama was the road that goes across the Continental divide (highest point 1100 metres above sea level) that links the city of David to the small town of Chiriqui Grande.

No road on this border crossing. Just a rickety old railway bridge with large gaps.
