Spanish, Mexican this recipe originated from.

2. Does your family in someway identify with this recipe? Why or why not?
Yes, my family does identify because we are half Mexican and my grandma and grandpa always use to cook this for us, which they were from Texas and Mexico.

3. Do you think people should have access to a variety of foods? Why or why not?
Yes, people should have access to a variety of foods because it gives them the taste if different cultures and how there recipes originated. Also you would get very tired of eating the same thing every time.

4. In general, do you think food is an important aspect of one’s culture? Explain.
I think food is an important aspect of one's culture because it shows how different cultures use different recipes and have different food to express there culture.
