awwwwwwwww awwwwwwwwwwww i wanna feed the elephant toooooo!!!!! you guys sound like you are having an amazing time. love getting to read your blog and catch up on what you are up to. i play a little guessing game with myself - it's called "who wrote that bit... kelly or andrew?" i must admit that sometimes i think i lose this game miserably..
anywhooooooo take care, stay safe on that junge trek of yours!
miss you both, love ya's heaps.
xoxoxox Anna.
C'mon Just ask Ryan, I am being extrodinairily restrained .... even now I'm stopping myself typing three good'uns in this very sentence. Its all part of my personal growth, come August I may be pun-free entirely!
Grrrr...! You're lucky for my concern of parents and other respected elders ( and disrespected youngers ) reading this, because I have a few choice words to be said about all these puns!
Home is the Higherland Glad you guys had a good time up in Cang Shans - that cat was just a wee kitten when we were there, very playful and cute! We were also offered lots of the local specialty in Dali, though I was chased by ladies who wanted me to ride horses!
Keep up the great writing and happy traveling!
QUOTE: We even went to a bar(!) last night called the tintin club (all the staff wear tintin shirts - excellent) which playing some booty-shaking hip hop. Alas, no-one else was dancing and we were the only westerners in there so there was no booty shaking to be had."

Dear Kelly
I am soooooo disappointed after all those nights with Gandalph and BJ that you didn't get up and do your thang?? You've really let me down - i don't expect to hear news like this again.
Did Andrew not even manage a bit of happy clapping ??
Loving all the updates and photos - of course i'm not jealous at all - I'd rather be at my desk, being cold and having winter blues :-)....
Lots of Love

Bears on chains are so not cool. Good work on the moral high ground, I'm with you both!
Take care!!!
Love Anna xoxoxox
PS - this blog is so cool, I can get it to email me whenever you post a new message!
Eat the rabbit! Woo, sounds like really fun times! Have you eaten rabbit yet? It's pretty good, although I wouldn't know how the styles it in China. I'm having Nando's for lunch, with the peri-peri chips. Mmmm!
Sounds like .... you're having an awful time there Kels and Andrew !!
My favourites - the panda of course (!) - randomly posing for your pic of course !!! he/she's a natural. The Shaolin monks performing - i've seen them in London , they're quite amazing and seeing pics of you both looking like you're having a great time!!
Boy you not missing the rain and the boredom of work life ??!!!
It was Cynthia's farewell last Thursday -think i was in denial - she had a good send off - was quite surreal. And Jonnie and I had a last supper with her (!) on Friday night - day off as it was Anzac. And she's gone off this morning. Boo hoo - another child flees the nest!
Now that i've actually gone to the blog i'm going to keep reading it every week - I am so jealous of your china trip.
Peace and happiness my dears.
LOL Suki (and Jonnie) xxxx
Almost Gotta snap you there Chris - we have a grand total of 3 comments now but you still made the medals :). Its nice to know all our literary efforts aren't in vain .. although we probably won't make a habit of replying to comments on here ... but that depends on how bored we get at night and how cheap the internet is!! Andrew threw a few poses but I don't think any monks were running scared ....
Looks Thanks for the updates guys. Looks like you are having fun. Did you try the secret kung fu arts on those monk guys?
I think this makes me the official first poster on your travel blog. Big ups to me.

About the sleep train Hi guys, great to hear you are having fun. Am so jealous. About the sleep train, don't worry, they, the ticket collectors or whatever you call them, start janking your big toe, when your stop is near. HAHA. Happened to me a couple of times. You sort of stand out between the rest for some reason. ;-) Keep up the writing and have fun.
