Hi Sam!!!
I looked foward to read news from you again, what amazing news! Sounds really amazing with the sweat hut. When you tell about all the people inviting you to come to their place, it makes me quite touched, and also reminds me of some of the experiences Radu and I had on our trip.
I am really happy that you enjoy the ride filled with good and crazy experiences!
I am not sure what kind of disease that Kay have with her hip, but it sounds bad. I am sorry for this..
I wish you good luck with the project and the weather!!
I miss you and you are in my thoughts!
Love Signe.
sweat lodge I love reading your blogs, they are interesting, informative and always make me smile. Looking at your route on a map shows you have done over 1700km, that is amazing, how do you feel about the achievement of cycling so far?
You sound to have met some lovely people - I can just imagine you in 50 years telling loads of youngsters "in my day..." and narrating your adventures. Times like these give so many great memories to look back on and share.
Keep up the good work! xxxx
Oh No! Sam! The pepper spray! That almost had my eyes watering thinking of you trying to stop the pain and reminded me of the time you went to brush your teeth with Immac - eurgh!
It was warming to read about the people of Banff, as you say finding family. The people met on trips and adventures can add so much to your life, perhaps more so when embarking on at topic of sensitive issues? It was surprising finding out that 1/3 of people who have HIV don't realise it. Is this because they believe they are in a safe group so no need to test for it? I'll be reading more as, ignorant as I sound, I know very little about it (which is terrible as I should really have read up to support your project more, for that I apologise).
Keep enjoying the views, the challenges and new experiences; I'm very proud of you all, to see you working so hard to help others is an amazing thing for a mother to see.
PS, I love your blogs, keep them coming!

Hi Sam!!
Thank you for sharing your experiences, it is so exciting to read about! I am amazed by you guys and are so happy that you keep riding on! And the nature you explaines and I can see on the photos seems incredible!
I send you guys many good thoughts and hugs!! S :)
Bears! did you get to see any bears in that back garden? I saw loads of your photographs and they are inspiring; you staying in a hotel made me smile a very big smile as that is so unlike you. Did you get a sauna? I reckon you deserved it though.
Keep Safe! and keep having fun xxx
ace Nice post, was really rooting for you, Sam to get to Golden by the end of the day. 114km with a 3 hour uphill, that's a good distance.
Keep enjoying....
Pete
Dear Sam!
It is really exciting to hear about your adventures. It sounds like you simply are meeting some amazing challenges and places on your trip. I am sorry that one member missed out, but I think you can do it anyhow! And maybe you can even find some people on the way to help you with the workshops and the theatre. I just met a theater group from Hungary who were at the floating city (yes I am back in DK) and they were good at including new people in their work, so the outcome was really great. Maybe you can do the same?
I wish you the best of luck and will continuosly follow you and Kays blog. Give both Kay and Charli my greetings!
Lots of love, Signe!
Glass Doors, Baby Bear & Falun Dafa Sam, what can I say, you always amaze me with the way you write. Who else could break a glass door, meet a baby bear, discover the Yorkshire Moors in Canada and have a surreal castle experience all in one week? I loved your method of getting you and all your panniers in the tent, mosquito free, I was imagining you all with your crazy method with the zipper!
It is a shame your speedo didn't have a manual with it, you must learn to source goods from a more reliable source in future ;)
You seem to have been through some pretty amazing countryside but I bet your leg muscles are building up well again?
Take care all of you, and keep bloggin, I always look forward to them. xxxx
Why did they leave someone? Hey Sam, I love reading your blogs, I can almost feel like I'm there with you because they are so passionate.
Why did the driver leave someone? That is so awful, how would they finish their journey if all their stuff was on the bus? I hope they at least took their phone/wallet with them. I wonder what happened to them.
I wonder how many trees there are in Canada?
Lotsa Love xxxx
He's off again Hi Sam and chums, I thought I would say hi as I can guess being so far away from your other friends its nice to know that you are being followed via the net. I think its amazing what you do and often wonder what i would do if I didnt have many commitments. Best of luck on your travels, make sure you buy plenty of puncture kits and some good cream for the sore bits !!
Take Care
Barry xx

wo inspiring man,, very. seems like so the right thing to do,, they should scrap military conscriptions and send every one to establishments like that and we'd soon see a massive difference within a generation or too. planting/instead of murdering, think of the social repercussions
Happy Birthday Godson Hi Sam
Happy Birthday Sam
Sounds like an eye opening adventure. You must have a real feel and understanding for diferent cultures and variuos life styles around the globe. Have dealt with quite a few Indians based in Mumbai myself over the past 4 years with work at DB. I find they are extremely polite, curtious and friendly. That said I definitely do not want to visit India or its neighbours. Prefer sit down loos and positively hate curry.
Keep on writing its very interesting
