Awesome! Hiya!!
Sounds like you are having an amazing time. Its great to read your blog and remind ourselves of the cool things that we did too! Glad you found the knife making. It was a cool day wasnt it? Steve is a crazy guy and tells some amazing stories doesnt he? Knives look good- will have to meet up and compare when you get home!! We are hoping to go and finish our travels off in a couple of weeks, which will be good as when you get home its a bit of a shock to the system!!
Take care and carry on having lots of fun
Love Craig and Bex xx
Happy Easter Hi both
love the pics and stories. I can't believe how much you've seen and how quickly it seems to be going (for us back here anyway). Spring has well and truly sprung here and we're all looking forward to a nice Easter weekend. I'm off to Cheltenham for a few days with the birds - its no NZ but it'll do for me. Then I have decorating and gardening to look forward next week in readiness for flat sale (can you believe its been 3 years???).
Looking for ward to seeing you both soon. Take care and keep us updated!

Helloooooooo Like the snowman - got a thumbs up from Dylan! Not sure how you are going to get the stones back for Stanley - I think he would want at least 2. The kids are both pleased to be changing schools in September. Didier is in Paris on a work trip and I am filling the washing machine... Oh yes I went to hear Rageh Omaar speak about his new book last night and he was great, very interesting. Take care and look forward to see you soon . HDMD
Star watching. Super blog, thoroughly enjoyed it. Could you make Orion the right way up? This was something that completely threw us in Sydney, however hard we tried, we could not make it the way up we know. This was proof absolute that we really were the other side of the world.
Not long now till we see you dears, take care, lol, your v. loving G and G.
Cheers 4 the b/day card Hi guys hope all is well, you like your still having a blast, the sites look fantastic, wish i was there. Can't believe you've been gone for four months. I heard from Kent frs this week and the fuckers don't know how many f/f's they need yet so I've got to wait till the end of april(4 bloody months) oh and I've got all of my back tattooed now(corprals pay went to good use) must dash off to watch England hand Wales's ass to them on a plate. Lots of love Rosco x
is this runnable russ i think i can safely say as long as there is water in it russel will have a go at getting down it.hope all is well and dont let hm lead you a stray ,when do you want us to send the boys out to you so u can see them
Worth waiting for!!! We may not be getting such frequent blogs, but the content is certainly up to scratch, as are the photos! I really like the look of those boulders on the beach. They would make a lovely feature in the garden (and Stanley proof) any chance you could slip one in the old back pack??? Big love M and Dx
Where do we start. Hooray a blog with lots of great piccies. Perhaps if the blue penguin got together with the one or three yellow-eyed penguins we could have penguins in my favourite colours, all in one bird, fantastic! The weather looks as if it is getting you used to coming home, but the scenery is great. Still you know what the Aussies say, New Zealand - nice place, but not for a whole weekend! I think that perhaps they have got that wrong. Great to see you both looking well, lol G and G XXX
At Last! We thought you were really fibbing about being in NZ but now we've seen the sheep we know it's true. By the way - you went along way round to go to the Cadbury factory - there's one in Birmingham......
much love
xx
Australia We are intrigued to know why you were still carrying a Christmas pudding when its now February? Are you saving it for next year in order to present it as the most travelled Christmas pud? Imagine walking down all those stairs in the Blue mountains. We went down by railway, it was awesome. Grandma shut her eyes, it was so steep, but R and C told me to open them as I was missing all the best views - I was too! Coming up was certainly an experience. Stick to a puppy, kangaroos are so difficult on a lead and koalas have very sharp claws. The best alternative would be a wombat, they are very affectionate. Looking forward to next blog, lol darlings, G and G. XXXX
Salut Thanks for the post card - have just got round to sitting and reading the last few blogs - I was badly out of date. Glad to see Oz went well depiste the tent pegs! Take care and love to you both from us four. HDMD
postcard! Hey guys,
thanks for the postcard you sent on 7th Feb - we got it last night! lol!
Is great to hear from you both and I hope you are keeping well on your travels.
All pretty much bog standard here for February - we still go and watch Wales for the 6N but the woeful performances are leading to heavy drinking (nothing new, I suppose!). Will keep you updated of any news.
Hope to have another update from you soon.
Take care,

Men and metal Wow, what a lot you have seen. Do hope you have not indulged in the metal piercing, it looks very grisly. Do hope you enjoy Sydney, there's a lot to see, we are looking forward to the next blogs. Lots of love from us both, your loving G and G.
Helloooo!! Hey Guys! Sounds like you are having a fab time on your travels- think you may get a shock when you get to oz as its very diff to where you are now!! We are in NZ south island, also having an awsome time. You will love OZ- we did!!

Study photos! More nails for the wall - you look a little different! Amy is at the exact veiwing spot where I decided that I NEVER needed to repeat the experience! Do you remember fishing from a log and swimming in a tributary to the main river. We pulled the leaches from you - ghastley. They never bothered Dad - prob. couldn't navigate his hairs! That hot shower will be heavenly. XX
Let them eat cake.... Lovely photos, ghastley sounding walks, fabulous sounding food - well earnt! Perhaps a guide for your Rainforest walks....please! Enjoy. xx
Happy New Year Glad to hear you are still eating well, 2 months without pasta must be a new record! Certainly my 2 wouldn't like to try it. Take care and we (the kids too) look forward to the next installement. Lots of love HDMD
Cheap is Cheerful Glad to hear that you are not on tight rations anymore. The birds look exotic and we don't just mean Amy! Red thing (Bromeliead) sends you best wishes for the New Year and says that it is quite happy in its new corner. Looking forward to the next instalment, lol G. and G. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Ah the memories are coming flooding back. Koh Samui is nice but i recommed getting to Ko Pha Ngan, expecially if the full moon rave is on, but stay in Koh Samui for that and get a speedboat accross. There is a place on the NW of KPN that is pretty secluded with a nice beach and not a lot. I'll try and get the name for you. Bungalows were about 500-800 baht a night. There was one on the cliff to the left of the beach that was lush and the food was dirt cheap. Details to follow. Enjoy
The house is sold, we are working the notice on our jobs. In 3 weeks time we will be officially unemployed and homeless! But we can't wait for our travels to begin...... full info
