| 27th June 2005 Dudz | Calico Cat - From: Late fall in McMurdo I'm enjoying the pics, however, what's up with the calico cat? Is it dead? |
| 25th May 2005 anonymous | So where are you now? I thought you said you and DK were going south for the winter. Let me know if you need anything; I can pop over and drop it off when I'm in the vicinity. The falling light does gradually give a splendid sense ot thenocturnal abyss i - From: Late fall in McMurdo - Tom |
| 25th May 2005 anonymous | Dry Valley photographs - From: Dry Valleys and Fata Morgana Hello out there! I loved your photographs of the dry valleys and especially the Onyx river...I have several books on Antarctica, but can't find a whole lot (especially photos) of the dry valley regions, though I hear there will be a book out soon. I'm a writer in N.C setting a novel in the dry valley areas. Thanks for taking the time to post such wonderful photographs! - Mel |
| 22nd May 2005 anonymous | Brrrr - From: Late fall in McMurdo These are great, E&D. The photo of MacMurdo with the lights shining in the dark really conveys how desolate the place would be without power. And the penguin and seal photos show how amazing they are in their adaptation - especially that seal shot! We had a record high yesterday of 99 degrees. That's a bit too warm for May... - Sean - SeanD |
