We found that a carabineer attached to your belt was an inexpensive way to carry a litter of water in a nalgene bottle. You really do not realize how easily you get dehydrated. Headaches, dizziness, and sleep problems are the fist signs of dehydration. Further dehydration leads to disorientation and poor decision-making. 2. Sunscreen—it is very easy to burn at this altitude. You do not feel the heat but your skin does burn. Sunscreen, hats, bandannas. 3.
