Sikhism is great but the present day religious leaders are short-sighted!
Short and to the point article on the Sikhs with a nice sprinkling of attached snapshots of their city. True, women are considered equal to men in the Sikh religion(as taught by theit Gurus) and their is no casteism(theoretically!) but the present day leaders and so-called leaders of the faith do not believe in the tenets. Hope good sense prevails on them-before it is too late and the generationext turns away altogether from the turban and the other symbols of their faith!

Hola cathy!! Me da mucho gusto que al fin ya hayas podido avanzar con tu página Web. Todo me trae muchos recuerdos! También estoy feliz de poder haber sido tu chef personal! ... La verdad es que me muero de ganas de volverte a cocinar algo delicioso... un canguro por ejemplo mmm que rico!!! =). I am surprised that your Arequipa "encounter" was the first marriage proposal you have had during your trip. It must have been the day you were wearing your "VISA" T-shirt. I am glad that you had a favorable impresion of Lima and my family did look after you. Nothing like first hand experience at corruption :-) this is why the country is the way it is (say no more)

Hi Cathy, I just arrived in Copacabana yesterday and will be going to Isle de sol today. Tomorrow (april25) will go to la Paz for the jungle tour. Maybe I just miss you. Bummer!
