Water Falls & Mtns You've had a wonderful experience exploring the varied countryside of our USA. Your blog has been fantastic to follow both the written & pictures. Many of us will never be fortunate enough to take that amount of time & see so much of our country. We are very happy for you both that you have been able to do so. Happy Extended Honeymoon. Enjoy your last week & we'll see you the 23th. Clean showers, flushing toilets & a soft clean bed await you :)
Arthur bryants hey you guys pass through K.C.,missouri around lunch go to Arthur Bryants Bar B que broklyn st ex to the rt about a mile, its in the gps. great food. every american president has eaten there since hoover!!

Ouray Those are some really awesome meals for campground cooking. Since you are in Durango may I suggest you take a side trip to Ouray while you are so close. It is over a pretty good size pass but worth it. I spent 3 days there last week and blogged about them. There are two nice waterfalls to check out while there as well as a hot springs. Happy camping.
culvers in and out burgers are great, although 5 guys rocks too. but when traveling through the mid west also try Culvers butter burgers . there good also.
Keep an eye out for vampires and werewolves! I hear the werewolves are particularly large. Oh yea and the vampires can come out during the day. You can identify them by their glistening skin. Have fun!!
mt reiner park get out of the rain forest and it will stop raining. go seattle, then mt reiner park, then levenwoth, washington is cool. up on the washington border there is a big volcano called mt baker, ive never checked it out but its nice i hear. see ya
Hi guys, this is my favorite area that you have been gracious enough to take us to so far. Love the trees, the river, I can just smell the freshness in the air.
i missed you guys, yesterday was monday and i pulled out of Napa and drove south on rt 1 all the way to san lous abispo, its hairy as hell from about 10 miles north of big sur almost all the way south. 15 mph some times in the bigwig. i stoped and saw the eliseals too.stunk. have fun going up that way and if you have extra time go into canada from vancouver across the transcanada to banff you would love it, so beautiful. then you could come south from there cutting through yellowstone(shortcut) through jackson hole(shortcut) back to civilization. and if you are lucky enough to go to montana go to the chico hot springs lodge in Prey,mt. 100 year old lodge , great place i think its 3 bucs to go swimming in the olympic size pool filled everyday with boiling water from the earth, its awesome. chico hot springs lodge is 20 miles north of yellowstone entrance and south of livingston. check it out. they have great horse back riding there too. tell the wranglers i said hi.
Sunsets Great photos once again. Wish we could be there having a glass of wine & watching the sunset. Love your "new home" idea, I could make that work too. Love, Mom
