Cultural differences
Hi Ann, You're so right about driving. Here in Quebec, most people drive at the "tolerated" speed. Last year I spent 2 months driving across Western and Northern USA and practically everyone drives at "indicated" speed limits. I hadn't realized you were gone, have a good trip. I assume this is your first entry. JC
