Bokeo Reserve has proven to be a place that moves a lot... Let's start from the beginning then! All that pretty much sums up Pai. It's a very relaxed little place in the North West of Thailand with barely 4 roads, so you can really chill here. There are plenty of bars and restaurants which kinda makes it touristy but in fact, it's not - if that makes any sense. I really should have sent this a few days ago but there is always something different to do... Anyways, let's get on with this traveling blurb. Chiang Mai was a brief episode but definitely worth seeing. I hooked up with two Ozzie guys on the overnight train and so they followed me to the hostel where I had booked a room. "F**k it's hot!!!" These were my 1st words after getting out of the airport. I did know it would be hot but i suppose I didn't really appreciate Thai temperatures... After all the trials and tribulations of getting the long-awaited degree from Poland and a new job - actually, it was the other way round (some of you know the story all too well) - I'm finally ready to enjoy my life for a few months :o) I've never felt like I deserved anything more than I deserve this and I am so looking forward to every day of the next 12 weeks that are to follow.
