looking up from the well Great fun following you across Europe! Was really pleased upon closer look that there were two people in this photo Hil, cause that fringe didn't really suit....
Well, well, well Hi HP and Rog,
I love the well! How fantastic. The castle looks great too being right on the ridge as it is, but I just love the idea of the well and being able to climb down into it.
Such fantastic adventures you are having - it's fantastic or should I say 'frantastic'!
Cherie's birthday tomorrow and then ...

Lisbon The Maritime Museum is a wonderful insight into the maritime history and power in the past. The walk along the waterfront wonderful beautiful place great trams up those steep hills. The countryside is wonderful people very friendly and quite cosmopolitan. Pastries delicious. Enjoy! Jane
Roman Ruins Isn't it vast and so well engineered . ... I love the amphitheatre, library and the whole water and sanitary system. They sure were busy! Those Romans! Bon voyages.
Wow! Wow! Wow! The hotel looks fabulous! So lush and green - I love the way you've used a leading line in the photo of the garden.
The celsius library looks amazing too!
My friend from work, David Surplice, and his girlfriend left yesterday to do a trip quite similar to yours - he is in KL at the moment, then to Egypt and then Spain and Portugal and it sounds like Spain and Portugal might co-incide with your plans. Keep an eye out for him - he was at my retirement bash so you might recognise him and he's absolutely hilarious.
Keep on having lots of fun.

Hi Very good travelling. The photos are great. It all looks wonderfully relaxed. Enjoy Ephesus hope the day is not too hot.... It is incredible to see. Jane
Sounds better than a yurt the ruins look slightly better than 'disneyland' Bukhara and the accommodation much better. Having fun (sort of) regardless. Have some fish for us. Greg & Pat
