girlie woo. i must admit that i can only read about all this with mildly bittersweet enthousiasm if that makes sense. i really really miss you and france and together they were something that couldn't even hope to be topped by anything or anyone else. je ne sais pas ce que je dis, mais j'essaie dire que toi et la france, vous roulez haha get it?!?!? je t'aime...and since when is french men asking you out on the street a con to living there ?@?!@?@:Ekf[os i4 haha bye!

Yeah, I polled every French person I got to know in Annecy about Peanut Butter and everyone concurred that it wasn't a French thing. The best response was, "Yes...I don't think that one made it across the ocean."

Mind the Gap
Yes, the black snot is alarming and September-April is more than a little bleak. The English countryside is beautiful though, and Oxford is completely enchanting and scholarly --highly recommended. I've really enjoyed all the stories and photos, so keep them coming! Good luck!

That's fantastic that you're filling your head with confusing, passionate langauge like German while letting French seep in naturally. Keep posting all your quirky situations! They're more funny than stateside situations, which are usually taxation issues and therefore merely depressing.
