go girl hey dave from dunedin here, it's great reading your story's. Bolivia sounds like it's going to be a adventure that's for sure. I can't wait to read your next blog, Dave
Sweet I enjoyed your Ba blog. I have just been here a couple weeks and am enjoying it but it's quite wierd. Rent abd fags are cheap but phone calls and aguacate or palta as they call here are cheaper in London. One minor point that I don't actually care about but were you joking about the Falklands? If so, it was very funny. If not, someone has been spinning you a story. Hasta la vista. David
crazy sounds fun and the people sound really friendly if a bit intense. Ur spanish sounds like its getting really good, hows the cooking going? learnt many new dishes? how much would it cost me to send u some whittakes chocolate or something else youre missing?
Glad you arrived safely! Sounds like you are settling in well, Mel! Can't wait to see how awesome your Spanish will be when you come home! I remember when I first arrived in NZ and didn't know what to do and always ended up in a cafe somewhere. Of course, there was much less of a language barrier!
Keep us all posted.
XOXO

Wow, I hope my trip is a bit less eventful. Haha you went to a uruguayan restaurant by mistake? But how is it different from an Argentinian one? I hope you can adjust to the new time zone... but its sounds like they live in a our timezone... dinner at 1am? hmmm.... toasties ahhh.
I left New Zealand 2 years ago and this blog tells the stories of my life in South America, learning Spanish and volunteering and now in South Korea, teaching English and learning more about myself, Korean culture and language. ... full info
