Bangkok National Security Council spokesperson announced today that they may declare a state of emergency in and around Bangkok. Selfishly of course, I can't help but hope the situation is resolved before we arrive. Fortunately, our itinerary takes us straight from Bangkok Airport to Pak Chong, a 2-hour drive away from the troubles, to the outskirts of Thailand's third largest National Park in the North East district of Nakhon Ratchasima.
