Falling Water, PA to St Louis and Independence, MO on the Santa Fe Trail thru KS to CO

We had a wonderful opportunity to relive some of the most exciting history in the US. From the "Westward Ho" movement starting in the east through the gates in St Louis on to the beginning of the Santa Fe Trail in Independence, MO into the beautiful Flint Hills of KS where we actually walked on the ruts of the Santa Fe Trail trying to imagine the sacrifices that were made on this journey, to the sacrifices of the Native American and the gunfights in the OK Corral, we felt like we really were there! The Comanche Grasslands were awesome as was the little Koshare Indian Museum in La Junta, CO. A must see if you are out west.
