Mmmm the beach... Woah, those are some great pictures Katie. Love that sunset one. There is nothing quite like watching a sunset (or sunrise) at the beach....mmmm.
So much food!!! Do they always eat this much food in Sweden, because if thats the case, I gotta make my way over there and have me a feast. Say hi to Mr. Naslund for me...we go way back.
Reminds me of my hol in Sweden in 2003 Hi! i'm Clinton, 24 from Goa,India. I was in Sweden in 2003 for 3 months and had a great time. Your blog entries reminded me of all the fun I had. I visited Stockholm, Vasteras, Strangnas, Gallivare, Aland and Vaxholm. Also tried swedish snus, schnaps, the terribly hot sauna, terribly cold sea swim and ofcourse, i drove a tram in central stockholm! have a look at my pictures at http://photos.yahoo.com/klintvaz in the 'in sweden' folder. -Clinton..
Hej Katie,
I very much enjoyed all the pictures of your visit to Marsgarden. It sounds as though you are having a wonderful time! I have been keeping up with all your entries & they are certainly keeping you very busy. Please give my regards to everyone & I am already thinking of how to get Grandpa over there. I spoke with him tonight & he is getting a little forgetful....when I mentioned that Birgit was 89 in November...he said 'Oh so she is 5 years older than me'.....then laughed when he realized how old he really was!! Continue to have a great time & encourage them to plan a reunion....I would love to go & would love for Chris & Alyssa to go as well. I sent your email to them both. Alyssa is having computer problems but hopefully she can check out your travel log on someone else's computer.
Ha det så bra!

Yay Canada! Ok, I could swear this wasn't here the other day but it says it was published July 1st. Very weird!
Looks like you're having loads of fun. I do agree that a carriage would have a hard time going up those stairs. Well, keep the photos coming.
Ciao,
Gabe
Songs, songs... Is my entire collection of Canadian songs enough for ya? Well that's not quite true, it's missing all the Diana Krall. Let me know if you want that :-)
working from home HI Katie,
Glad to hear that all is well. I hope your weekend trip is exciting (sounds better than my trip to windsor (ON that is..). Hmmm I actually have a Grodon lightfoot CD - but that might give them the wrong impression (though if there are some older people a little Canadian folk could be a hit - who doesn't love a little Joni Mitchelle).
Okay, have fun and I expect to see pictures of boys in the next journal!
PS: Hi Linn!
Woo hoo... Hey look at that, Katie is actually posting stuff, with pictures and all.
Hehe, it's all about the gadgets. You need to have cool gadgets! I can tell you that working at a place that has everything you need (and if they don't they'll get it for you) is amazing. Now lets see how many of those gadgets you can use to tackle that 650 chromatography columns.
I have a question, is this KTH the Royal Institute of Technology? The same place that offers the two masters I want to do, with no tuition fees???
Well, keep those posts and pictures coming...
