bless the beasts and the children nice long adventure you're on. i like your chapter on men. i just wanted to tell you the name of the long-tailed rabbit thing. it's called a vizcacha. they are very cute, shy, and like sunning themselves on rocks. they are a relative of the chinchilla. now you know. enjoy the rest of your travels.
nice to hear from you! Cindy and I are so proud of you for your involvement in this country. We pray everything goes well and that this will be the experience of a lifetime. We'll make sure that Father takes good care of you and gives you all you need. Think of us too when you have a chance. We are undergoing some difficulties but we know they're for our good and won't last. Talk to you soon. Keep in touch!
Hey Katie. It's so exciting to read your journals (though, I've only just started reading them). Those pictures turned out great (I'm saving them^-^). Anyways, glad to see you're having fun (or pretending to at least), and I missed you at Thanksgiving.
Novelist in the making... Hey buddy,
I still can't believe you went through with this adventure. Anyways, as I'm reading all of your entries I've decided that you should become an author. I would definetly read all of your novels. I hope you enjoy your "sexy woman." The office isn't nearly the same without you.

Finished my undergrad and needing some time to decide what to do for future schooling this is my year for adventure. I will be spending three months in Peru learning Spanish, enjoying the culture and seeing the country. To be missed back at home: family, boyfriend and friends, books (I don't want to read too much in English), PB&J toast. Looking forward to: a simpler life.
