Well, although there are many but since my stomach is continuously rumbling and I am currently VERY hungry, I will start with food! The whole concept of eating here is so different. I have tried many new things so far, including a little calamari, garganza beans(chickpeas) and some tapas. Our senora isnt awake when we leave so we usually dont have anything for breakfast. My first class starts at 9 and goes till 1130. We have a break at 1030 for 15 minutes and we go next door to a cafe and get cafe con leche and toast. So that must hold me over until 230 when lunch is served, which is the biggest meal of the day. With lunch we always have salad, but here are no choices for dressings, they just put olive oil
