Hi everyone We're here on daydream island safe and sound. We sat on the beach today and although you can't swim in the sea the pool was close by and very very large. Later on as we were reading our books two wallabies bounced right by us on the sand. They came over really close probably looking for food. The photos are really good and we'll show you back home. Hello everyone We've got here safe and sound it was a very long journey with just a few hiccups but in the end it was all good. Surfer's Paradise is hot and sunny the sea is beautiful and clean with big crashing waves. The sand is like icing sugar and it was probably just like a paradise before they built lots and lots of high rise hotels! The sea front is like Benidorm really. We've been to Sea World and seen the Dolphin show, the seal show and Chloe and James did the rides. Chloe fed the Rays it was "slimy". There are a few artificial Christmas trees around and we've spotted a couple of hotel balconys with xmas lights flashing away but apart from that there's not much reference to xmas.
