There seems to be a theme to your days shopping ?? shame that the rocket lunch had been delayed but like you said maybe you can fit a viewing in later on in your holiday. KFC that is the one thing I miss here, mmmm. Motel, glad your stay was a good one

Bad nights sleep is not a good start to a long day. Wow how lucky were you to see the rocket launch and for free. Looks like you made a good choice with the Steak they look delicious.

Flight and arrival
Sounds like Norwegian airlines are worth a try, like the idea of good food, wifi and being able to order your goods from your seats, a real plus. Good job you had the info to hand with the car hire people, they all try to riddle out of everything, naughty. They took on the wrong people lol

A good experience again with Norwegian, did you have comfy seats with good legroom? Your entry into USA sounds pretty pain free for once. I'm very impressed that you know your way around, as in getting to your hotel without any problems, I'm sure we would have got lost! Well done for sticking to your guns with regard to rental car vouchers.

surprised the food good on the flight , not usually and a good idea re ordering duty free , its irritating sometimes constanty being pushed past and asked if you want items duty free , Re the car hire , well at least they sorted it out ,

Day 1, so glad you had a good experience this time with Norwegian Airlines, as we will be flying with them for the first time in July. We also like to stay at Premier Inns, but nice to have a change, as you say.

We are George & Theresa. We took early retirement at the end of 2010 and intended to spend an extended time travelling. First we visited our favourite location of Tenerife where we intended on staying for three or four months and possibly buying a property ready for our finally settling down. We have enjoyed our time here in Tenerife so much we have bought a property and have decided to change our travelling plans.
