Dublin, Ireland: Good food, great beer, a deep rich history - but most of all, some the best people I'd venture the world has to offer. Surely, the tour guide wasn't just providing lip service to the denizens of Ireland when he said that her best export was it's people - our experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. We're packing up for today's flight to Rome, and doing so with a heavy heart - not to say that Rome isn't inviting in it's own right, as I'm sure it holds it's own discoveries.
