hey emy!!! i am finally reading your blogs... they are great!! keep writing, it sounds so interesting over there, a real life changing experience. i could use that,, lol. anyways miss you!!!
February 11th post hi Em,
This story brought tears to my eyes! I am very sad to see that this is all very true, and how frustratingly unfair and just plain wrong it all is. This is a very humbling and shocking wake up call to North Americans at how spoiled we truely are.
I couldn't be more proud of you and so thrilled at the work you are doing and know that you are leaving an impression on them that will get them through the hard times.
Love you and keep doing the good work that you are doing!!!

I think Free the Children is an organization you should feel very proud to be apart of Emily. You are changing lives through education and helping young individuals to expand their horizons beyond what their parents could have dreamed of.
I look forward to your next blog Emily

Wowsers!! Hey Em!! These blogs are so freaking interesting!! That's so wild about the prostitutes not contracting AIDS - I read about that when I was in MTA virology, but I'm sure there have been much more advances made since then! Sounds like the experience of a lifetime ;) Miss you!!! xo
School Me Feel like I'm in social studies class...how cool you're learning things people will never know. I can't image how vast and broad your knowledge of the world will be at the end of this. I'm so proud to know you, keep it going and keep that smile ;P
Hi Emily, I just read your post today!
I learned a lot of things that I didn’t know!!!! (about the HIV and prostitutes).
Take care!!! Do as well as you can for this people! Let’s stay in touch!
God bless you always,

Emily nice talking to you this morning, I have started reading your blogs - awesome! What a great way to keep a diary and everyone informed on all your adventures.
Just take care and enjoy this wonderful adventure you are having - this was made for you! xoxo
Hi from Toronto Hi Emily!
I am not sure we've met. My name is Gabriela and I also work for Free The Children (in Toronto). I was randomely browsing the web for travel blogs at 1 am and I stumble upon this entry. As soon as you started describing the landing strip I knew you had to be at FTC's center!! I thought it was a pretty huge coincidence considering I wasn't looking for Kenya blogs or anything. think is an awesome idea for you to keep a blog, it gives everyone a pretty vivid picture of what you have to go through.
Emily. you are so brave. i just got the chills reading this. i am so keeping up with your blog. im so excited to see how this adventure plays out for you!
