thanks Hey dcgypsy
Thanks for making our expierience with Subway a blast. Thanks to you, Brian, Reed and all the crew, our time on the water was Awesome! Good luck with your future plans. Rick and Peg
Yah the whole water thing can be such a bitch. I am not sure if reading your blog makes me want to learn how to dive more or less. I think I might do it over my next break instead of waiting two semesters.
I can't tell you how freaking jealous I am that you have a place to buy tacos.
I can commiserate with you on a lot of this. No tarantulas but the ants are getting ridiculous.
We also have the fun 'no-money atms' and different items at the stores. You pretty much learn to stock up if you actually find something you desperately want because you might not see it again for a month. Then when it is a holiday and people are cooking eggs and butter can't be found anywhere. The joys of island life.
You probably didn't need the Hep A shot. Everyone will have had Hep A once in their life, and the good news is-- you can't get it again. So just hope that you've had it before. Parasites though-- that's a whole different can of worms. :)

bring a picture of roatan or your scuba diving pics and put it on the wall in front of you while
