'Fair winds and following seas' on you way North to Bermuda. It will seem strange as the latitude changes but perhaps you are ready for some cooler weather.

Hello Sarah - I'd almost stopped reading your entries as I was starting to get too depressed by all those perfect sunsets and landscapes and all that idyllic living it up in hot springs and such. But then I saw the photos of the daily squalor, the on-deck leg shaving, the bloke on the toilet (!), that (I don't have a suitable adjective to describe it) baked bean concoction . . . and suddenly I felt a whole lot better. So thanks for that. Am I alone in being mean-spirited enough to wish that it were me floating in a tropical pool and you in my place trudging off to work every day in the drizzle and sleet? I think I probably am. But not so mean-spirited as to not be very happy for you having the time of your life. So keep posting - just maybe not so many men on toilets next time. It's a nice corrective and makes you one of us again, but . . . Dominica looks incredible - how will you ever be able to face going back to Bradford again? Not a question I imagine you're asking yourself. Make the most of it, Sarah! Lots of love, Peter. x
