TV Stardom Awaits
Gaz, the boys from 13 told me of your blog and I've just been reading a bit whilst lazing by the water cooler in the lovely humpy town of Alexandria. Sounds like you're both having a great time with some spectacular pics to match. Word on the street is that Ben Dark from Getaway is nervously awaiting your return. All the best, Kel.

"El Nariz del Diablo "
Well what do you know eh , the old "El diablo del Sol" cruising around the devil's nose. I myself have been cruising the beautiful empty beachbreaks of Narooma del Sol surfing Punta Dalmeney with hardly a gringo insight. I Love your colourfull descriptions of all those amazing destinations you have been touring. All the best Scott.

You just mentioned guinea pig stew for breakfast. Had been waiting to hear about the deep fried guinea pig that is the 'novelty' dinner served up for all the tourists. Not sure which country...have had at least three reports from three different friends travelling in the area.

Hi There
Hey hey, travellers. Nick, Lew and J went to Cronulla this morning. Boys certainly enjoyed their surf. Nick would anyhow, you'll hear him crying, very loudly, as he flies out for eight weeks on Saturday. I walked, while the boys surfed. Water temp beautiful, windless, easterly swell, banks needing a bit of shape. Would have LOVED a swim myself, but by the time I'd finished we were all thinking of our bowls of cereal back home. Thanks for the travel updates. Keep them coming. Enjoy!!!

Shelley Park News
Hi guys, sounds llike you are living the high life what, with all that (as described) great food, alcohol and lots of sleep!!!!!! Just so you know we are all still training hard over here, Sunday morning has moved for a change up to Greenhills outdoor gym area...just a few more implements for me to torture everyone with...Donna had her first one on one session at 5.30am this morning and despite lack of sleep due to her frivolous lifestyle she held up very well, so Penny dont forget to lean on a few odd ruins over there and push out some tricep dips!!!!! love hearing your news...take care..

Reading different opinions I have come to the conclusion that people miss out a lof of interesenting parts of Santiago. It is true, however, that santiago does not have many must sees like Paris or New york but is a relative modern and clean city with different intereseting things to see. I stayed there for two months and I really appreciated the lifestyle in Santiago.

cafe con piernas
too bad your coffee experience wasn't better. there are good cafes in santiago, but most people like instante. chile is a tea drinking country, with the highest per capita tea consumption in the western hemisphere (i don't mean mate, aka 'paraguayan tea, just regular black tea). santiago is a great city, so you may have to change the way you rate a society on something other than coffee. cheers!
