Okay so, I'm not great at the blogging thing but I'm giving it a go! I suppose my order will work backward because this site doesn't have Milan yet (where i started.) Today we traveled from Paris to London on the Eurostar high speed train which took us through the Chunnel. As exciting as it was it made for a nice nap! We were out of the Chunnel in 20 minutes and the whole train ride took just over 2 hours! It got over 200 mph but it was much smoother and nicer than the last train we took. When i was in Milan we had a bus tour, which was very informative but nothing can make you feel more touristy. Mini Summary of Interesting facts about Milan: It is that most international city in Italy with the widest stock exchange. We saw the very impressive Duomo, a cathedral that started being built in 1386 and was completed in 1965. With the structure entirely made of marble and rosewood doors. When i got into Milan I fumbled through the airport got my pretty purple luggage and headed for the bus to Milano! It was great when i got off the bus i ran into this girl who was meeting her cousin and her cousin helped me get a cab to my hotel. All in all i got to the hotel on 12.50 euros a cab would've run me 70 to 90 euro... thank goodness for the travel books! I dropped my bags off at the hotel and off I went.
